I admit that I live in Carterville and usually go to Your Jeweler for all my jewelry needs. However, I stopped in on Dec 23 to have a watch battery replaced and I was amazed at the customer service that not only I received, but that was shown to every customer. Not sure if he ended up having to go or not but TJ was contemplating driving to Memphis that night to pick up a delivery that FedEx hadn't gotten to him yet. Great job!
